Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and replacements are processed in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return if:
    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
    • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

⚠️ Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used supplements.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the item and packaging to verify the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
  • If you paid by card, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to release the funds.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different product, it will be treated as a new purchase.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return (see Section 1).

7. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in secure packaging.
  4. Once inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
